How do I get User ID and a Password to request Inter-Library Loan?

User ID is number of four figures written on the back of your Identification Card.
Password is characters written on a piece of paper you get with your Card.
If you forget the Password, Please e-mail:Okazaki Library and Information Center.

How do I request Inter-Library Loan without User ID and a Password?

Fill out Request Form(PDF), and send the Request Form to Okazaki Library and Information Center as an attachment.

What should I do if I transfer from Okazaki to Other Institute?

Return Library Books.
If you lost Library Books, Please e-mail:Okazaki Library and Information Center.
